One of the earliest examples of a curvilinear and cast iron glasshouse built in the 1830s, the two wings were added in the 1840s.

The Cool Wing houses all-year round displays of colour and scents including geranium, fuchsia, begonia, and bulbs.

The stove wing and dome area houses the temperate and tropical plants.
