Christina Georgina Rossetti - London

Christina Georgina Rossetti, born 5 December 1830, was an English poet who wrote a variety of romantic, devotional, and children's poems.

She wrote many poetry collections, fiction and non fictions books.  The Goblin Market was written in 1862.
