The Church of St Lawrence is a fine church with Norman arcades and a 13th century tower with diagonal buttresses.
The nave of two bays is short and the chancel lower than the nave. There are perpendicular windows and the south chancel is very fine and the exterior of flint and stone mixed with brick.
The chancel has some fine and interesting frescoes and the octagonal font is Perpendicular.
