Disabled access to ground floor and toilets. Open all year. April to September, Monday to saturday 10am-5pm & Sunday 1-5pm. October to March, Monday to Saturday 10am-4.30pm & Sunday 1.30-4.30pm. Closed Christmas Day. Admission free Monday to Friday, small weekend and Bank Holiday charge. Car parking. Elizabethan house built 1580-88 by Sir Francis Willoughby, now housing Natural History Museum (botany, zoology, geology). Gardens, deer park, lake and Camellia House.
