A small 14th century chapel where people would take their shoes off and walk the last mile barefooted to the Holy House where legend has it that Lady Richeldis in 1061 saw visions of the Virgin Mary three times at the Holy House in Nazareth. She took this as a sign to build a replica in the Abbey.
